For Luma to do its thing, we need to make sure it's live on your interviews. There are several ways to schedule interviews and ensure that Luma will be present as your interview copilot.
No matter how you schedule your Luma interviews, a few things will happen:
Candidates will receive notice that they will be recorded on Luma
Candidates will receive a calendar invite with a Zoom link for the interview
Interviewers will receive a calendar invite with a Zoom link for the interview, as well as their interview prep email and interview recap email from Luma
Perhaps the easiest way to ensure that Luma is joining the right calls is by integrating with your ATS. Luma will automatically join all meetings scheduled through your ATS.

Luma can also integrate with Calendly pro. With this integration, you can create a meeting type that will automatically include Luma on the calls.

Schedule through Luma
Finally, you can schedule Luma calls directly through Luma!
Schedule through the interview page, or by clicking the + that's always in the top right corner of Luma.
Schedule an interview by filling out the form. In order for Luma to join an interview, it has to know:
Who the candidate is and what job they're interviewing for, so you can find them in the right place in Luma
The candidate's email, date, and time to send a calendar invite
If you are having trouble scheduling interviews, please note that:
The Zoom account administrator must authorize Luma before Luma can schedule interviews on Zoom
One of the “Interviewers” must use an email address associated with a valid Zoom user in your account

I cannot schedule Interviews
Please make sure the email address one of the interviewers belongs to a paid Zoom user in your organization.
I am hosting an interview, but I do not see the “Live on Custom Streaming Service” banner
Verify that your Zoom user is on the Zoom Pro plan or higher.
The meeting is over, but I cannot watch the interview or see my analytics
Please wait a few minutes and try again. Our intelligence is most likely running behind the scenes. If the issue persists after 15-20 minutes, contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
